Candidates should have 2-5 years of field marketing, territory sales, or brand-ambassador experience in legal cannabis or regulated retail, familiarity with dispensary tech stacks, proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM, and the ability to travel 75%+ within assigned territory with a valid driver’s license. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills are required, along with knowledge of state compliance rules.
The Field Marketing Representative will strategically map weekly routes and perform drop-in visits to 25+ dispensaries per week, log every touchpoint in HubSpot, coordinate regional pop-ups and events, capture new qualified contacts, book qualified product demos, tag all contacts and visit notes accurately, leverage dashboard insights, relay field intelligence to Sales and Product teams, and represent Sweed’s brand promise in every interaction.
