The Field Marketing Representative (FMR) is crucial for achieving Sweed’s growth objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, the FMR will focus on territory coverage (initially Ohio), aiming to visit at least 25 dispensaries weekly, execute regional events, and convert interest into qualified demos for Account Executives. Success will be measured by scheduled demos, qualified opportunities, and contributions to closed deals, with compensation tied to a competitive commission plan.
