Position Overview

Foodsmart is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced, mission-driven marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in healthcare or mission-focused marketing, contributing to impactful campaigns that help people access free nutrition support. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in executing and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, digital media, grassroots outreach, and outbound calling. You will be instrumental in campaign setup, creative project management, and team operations, ensuring the marketing engine operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach eligible members and drive engagement.
  • Organize campaign assets and track timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the coordination of email and SMS marketing calendars, QA testing, and deployment.
  • Manage social media presence across Instagram and Facebook, coordinating with local efforts.
  • Create and optimize website content, including blog post copy, CTAs, meta titles, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate video editing, print assets, and translate marketing materials.
  • Develop, coordinate, promote, and execute monthly webinars for our book of business.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver campaigns that reflect Foodsmart’s brand and mission.
  • Assist in maintaining marketing documentation, playbooks, and compliance records (HIPAA, TCPA).
