Requirements

The Field Marketing Specialist should have at least 1 year of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation, with proven experience carrying out tasks related to event marketing efforts, including planning and reporting for tradeshows, roadshows, webinars, and community events. They should be comfortable with email marketing and event software such as Hubspot, Splash, or similar, and possess superior written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in a startup SaaS environment, preferably SMB or construction-tech related, is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Specialist will develop a deep understanding of the Roofr brand and target audience to execute an event strategy that acquires and delights customers, partners, and investors. They will initiate and project manage event projects end to end, ensuring they are clearly identified with task lists, deadlines, and resources needed, and will identify new opportunities for event sponsorship and manage the sponsorship cycle. This role involves managing in-person and virtual events from start to finish, including vendor and speaker management, shipments, collateral, and travel, while also nurturing positive speaker and partner experiences. The Specialist will work closely with the field marketing team to plan and execute pre, during, and post-event activities, and will be responsible for ordering and tracking event and partner inventory. Finally, they will carry out post-campaign administration, budget reconciliation, KPI tracking, follow-up communications, team debriefs, and ROI analysis, collaborating with the wider Roofr team for support and resources.”}átion/Paid Time Off: 15 days per year
