Vercel is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for EMEA to lead pipeline-generating programs across the region. This role involves managing hosted events, trade shows, and partner activations to increase awareness, engagement, and accelerate the sales funnel for Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. You will be responsible for campaign strategy and execution within the region, collaborating closely with sales and GTM teams to build and scale impactful field programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Field Marketing or Demand Generation, ABM strategies, segmentation, ICPs, and experience marketing to an engineering audience.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, curious, and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth.
  • 5+ years in field marketing or demand generation.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few), segmentation, and campaign targeting.
  • Experience marketing to an engineering audience or working within the devtools or cloud computing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Based in London.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region (up to 40% of the time).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution for EMEA (specifically the Nordics, Benelux, and Southern Europe), translating integrated programs and GTM priorities into local experiences and activations.
  • Plan, manage, and execute hosted and third-party events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, and industry conferences, overseeing content, logistics, vendors, budget, and follow-up.
  • Leverage segmentation and ICP insights to tailor programs that drive engagement across key verticals and personas.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on messaging, event strategy, and reporting.
  • Support funnel acceleration initiatives by developing follow-up playbooks and working closely with SDRs to mature pipeline.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform future campaign strategy and investment.
  • Maintain a regional calendar of events and continuously identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive demand.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time to support on-the-ground execution across the region.
