Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years in field marketing or demand generation, familiarity with ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few), segmentation, and campaign targeting, and experience marketing to an engineering audience or working within the devtools or cloud computing industry. Strong analytical skills and excellent project management skills are also required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

As the Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will own end-to-end campaign execution for the Nordics, Benelux, and Southern Europe, translating integrated programs and GTM priorities into local experiences and activations. You will plan, manage, and execute hosted and third-party events, leverage segmentation and ICP insights to tailor programs, partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, support funnel acceleration initiatives, track and analyze performance metrics, and maintain a regional calendar of events. Additionally, you will travel up to 40% of the time to support on-the-ground execution across the region.
