Field Marketing Manager

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, with a proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing plans, particularly in collaboration with field teams. They must demonstrate expertise in planning and executing various field events, including tailored strategies for targeted accounts and regional dynamics, and possess strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data and metrics. Furthermore, candidates are required to have a partnership mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel 20-25% during the quarter for events.
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing quarterly Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals, developing and executing demand generation marketing programs including third-party and Chainguard hosted events, in-person and virtual experiences, regional campaigns, and roadshows, forecasting and measuring the impact of marketing plans on sales cycles, owning the planning and execution of programs that penetrate key accounts in the region, maintaining ongoing communications as the go-to marketing resource with regional sales leaders, sales reps, BDRs, and regional partners, and assisting sales leadership in understanding and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs.
