They should possess experience in working with external vendors, including event agencies and trade show organizers, and have a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing impactful field marketing events and conferences. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is also required.
The Field Marketing Manager will own the planning and execution of a diverse range of field and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, field activations, and local promotional activities. They will ensure seamless orchestration of all events operations, partner with BDRs and Marketing to launch event promotion plans, collaborate with RevOps, BDRs, and Sales teams for post-event follow up, and conduct thorough analysis of KPIs to provide actionable insights. Additionally, the role involves working cross-functionally with the Sales team to inform and shape customer and prospect-oriented programs that drive pipeline growth and opportunity creation.
