The Field Sales Manager requires 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience, experience working in channel partnerships is a plus, and experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with Roofing supply companies is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, and the Google suite is also needed, along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
The Field Sales Manager will own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps for new opportunities within their allocated territory, drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs, serve as the main point of contact for partners, provide Roofr product training and onboarding support, plan and meet departmental objectives and quotas, organize and host community events, provide product updates, travel to partner sites, master Roofr’s PRM & CRM, and work cross-functionally to define priorities and resolve issues between Roofr and partners.
