Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Program Management, or Management Consulting, ideally with exposure to fast-paced and high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environments. They should have strong executive presence and proven experience leading strategic programs with C-suite visibility and measurable business impact through compelling data narratives and crisp communication. Additionally, candidates must have successfully led analytically rigorous business initiatives, leveraging standard SaaS sales metrics (ACV, ARR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) and industry benchmarking.
The Field Operations Sr. Program Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to Field Sales Leadership, leading a portfolio of high-priority initiatives and setting program vision. They will execute the global Field Operations strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to drive company-wide operating rhythms, and support key motions such as AOP, MBOs, and QBRs. This role will also involve designing and implementing scalable operational frameworks, automation opportunities, and change management best practices to drive adoption and engagement across the Field Sales organization, as well as leading key cross-functional steering committees and building stakeholder trust.
