About the Role
Anzen is looking for a scrappy, strategic Field Marketing & Events Manager to build and scale a national field events program that drives broker engagement, accelerates sales pipeline, and elevates our presence as the most trusted tech-enabled wholesale partner in insurance. You’ll own the full event lifecycle—strategy, planning, execution, and post-event conversion tracking. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, with high visibility across the executive team.
Anzen is at an inflection point—scaling fast, backed by top-tier investors, and bringing real AI to one of the last massive industries untouched by modern tech. This position can be based in San Francisco or Remote.
