The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in B2B field marketing, growth marketing, or sales-driven events, particularly within SaaS, fintech, or productivity tech sectors. Experience executing roadshows, customer dinners, or go-to-market activations is essential, along with a proven ability to manage both strategy and logistics independently. Strong judgment regarding budget allocation, brand-aligned experiences, and conversion tactics is required. Experience in regulated, trust-based industries like finance, healthcare, or insurance is a plus. The candidate should have a track record of building programs from scratch and a proactive, system-design mindset.
The Field Marketing & Events Manager will be responsible for building and scaling a national field events program to drive broker engagement, accelerate sales pipeline, and enhance Anzen's presence. This includes owning the entire event lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and post-event conversion tracking. Key duties involve running a calendar of high-impact broker events such as dinners and social hours in major markets, partnering with Go-To-Market and Sales teams to target high-value brokers and ensure events generate sales momentum, and translating Anzen's brand positioning into memorable experiences. The role requires managing all event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination and post-event communications, tracking event ROI by measuring broker conversion and sales velocity, and developing a scalable playbook for effective community growth. Additionally, the manager will ensure alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Leadership for maximum event return.
