Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and possess work authorization for the United States. They are required to have their own computer and reliable Wi-Fi access. Strong organizational abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a general aptitude with computers are essential. A working knowledge of major social media channels is necessary, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, video editing platforms, Filemaker Pro, and Slack are considered a plus. Prior media production experience is helpful but not required; however, a strong interest in media production is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the production, post-production, digital, and brand marketing & audience development teams for ANTIQUES ROADSHOW. Responsibilities include researching production locations, logging footage, cleaning and screening transcript files for accuracy, timing shows and lower thirds for delivery, and assisting with marketing and social media tasks such as cutting videos. The intern will also caption media files via YouTube, upload media to the website, assist with light photo and video editing, and maintain administrative files and unit databases.
