  • Heavy IT foundational skillset in device setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software-based products
  • Experience with technologies and hardware equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other data transmission and security protocols in hospital settings
  • Ability to manage IT working sessions and ensure project readiness
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in written form
  • Availability for after-hours or weekend support if emergency customer situations occur
  • Flexibility to travel 75% across the US to hospitals

Responsibilities

  • Lead Field Implementation efforts including significant travel to hospitals across the US
  • Perform hands-on installation work at customer locations for all Acute Care & Monitoring (AC&M) product offerings
  • Lead customer IT workstream meetings in partnership with project managers as a subject matter expert on medical device and software offerings
  • Develop a deep understanding of the installation process for HealthCast products and optimize deployment methodologies
  • Conduct on-site IT trainings to hospital staff on products
  • Provide guidance to customers on how best to configure their environment for products
  • Ensure installation work meets highest quality and customer service standards
  • Create and maintain installation documentation
  • Provide “Level 2” technical support for all HealthCast products
  • Provide technical input for Sales Directors and Sales Engineers
  • Develop and deploy hardware and software tools that optimize field installations and configurations
  • Provide feedback to R&D on how to make products easier to deploy and support in the field
