The Field Education Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and management of all product and sales training for the Conduction System Pacing (CSP) portfolio. This includes content creation, new hire training, new product launches, and ongoing national education. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs) and cross-functional partners to develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and business needs, informed by customer and field feedback. The Field Education Manager will serve as the division's subject matter expert (SME) on conduction system pacing, engaging in customer-facing interactions, leading educational initiatives, and providing technical support. Feedback and insights from this role will directly impact the design, development, and marketing strategies of CSP solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Participate in and lead strategic projects to support the field sales team, collaborating with departments such as Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, IT, Sales Operations, and Commercial Services. This includes involvement in new product launches, marketing directives, indication launches, and positioning strategies.
  • Sales Training Curriculum Management: Manage, design, and deliver comprehensive sales training for all new hires, focusing on product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and market dynamics.
  • Continuing Education Development: Develop and design continuing sales education programs, competitive marketing insights, and marketing campaign materials for the entire diagnostic division, delivering this content nationally and internationally.
  • Training Program Implementation: Lead, develop, and implement effective training programs to ensure field team members (new and existing) are proficient in clinical data, promotional messaging, marketing strategies, business acumen, selling skills, and account management.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Act as the SME in cross-divisional collaborations, interpreting field and internal needs to provide seamless solutions and convey customer feedback and field requirements to counterparts.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with the commercial team and key business functions (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Clinical, Medical, HR, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance) to integrate cross-functional input into training program content and delivery.
  • Ongoing Field Support: Provide continuous education at the national level to address challenges and support the rollout of new initiatives. Support regional meetings by acting as the SME for regional directors.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to understand products in the marketplace, competitive strategies, and provide input on the tactical implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to understand product functionality, competitive products, and provide input on design iterations and improvements.
  • Customer Education Leadership: Provide leadership and expertise in all customer education initiatives, including those for EP, NPs, PAs, AHPs, and surgical technicians.
