Position Overview

This role is focused on strategic partnerships and business development to drive the evolution of PayPay into a comprehensive financial super app. The ideal candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of strategic alliances with leading global companies, ultimately shaping the future of financial services in Japan.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in planning and executing global alliance strategies.
    • Experience in business development and project management.
    • Strong communication skills, both internal and external.
    • Business English proficiency (TOEIC 800 points or higher).
  • Skills:
    • Negotiation skills, particularly with international partners.
    • Experience in launching new ventures.
    • Knowledge of payment-related industries.
    • Business-level Korean language skills (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Plan and develop strategic alliances with global companies.
    • Research and identify potential partnership candidates.
    • Conduct outreach and engage with potential partner companies.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
    • Drive the execution and management of partnership projects.
    • Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
  • International Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development of international strategies for PayPay.
    • Support the creation of new partnership opportunities on a global scale.
