Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical or related field preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of automated equipment
  • Familiar with PLC programming
  • Knowledge of electrical control systems
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Possession of an electrician's license is preferred
  • Familiarity with automated warehouse systems (WCS, WMS, Hikvision RCS) is a plus
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to handle emergencies and adapt to shift work

Responsibilities

  • Independently handle troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
  • Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Maintain and operate automated warehouse equipment (e.g., stacker cranes, four-way shuttles, conveyors, AGVs, CTUs)
  • Participate in team efforts to ensure operational efficiency
