Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of property inspections, handovers, takeovers, and dilapidation works
  • Timely escalation of issues to the Asset Management Team
  • Responding promptly to customer needs
  • Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Contributing to Prologis’s sustainability and decarbonization efforts
  • Supporting the Asset Management Team’s focus on portfolio resiliency
