Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Facility Management
In-depth knowledge of technical legislation
Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement
Solid understanding of property needs, including troubleshooting, budgeting, insurance claims, and tendering
Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly within the team and across departments
Ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and vendors
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a responsive and solution-oriented approach
Experience coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors on behalf of customers
Strong safety mindset, including immediate issue reporting and recommending improvements

Responsibilities

Proactive management of property inspections, handovers, takeovers, and dilapidation works
Timely escalation of issues to the Asset Management Team
Responding promptly to customer needs
Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs
Contributing to Prologis’s sustainability and decarbonization efforts
Supporting the Asset Management Team’s focus on portfolio resiliency
