Candidates must possess five or more years of proven experience in the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, along with in-depth knowledge of recent Dynamics 365 versions and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing). They should have experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies, as well as experience in system integration and utilizing tools such as Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services. A Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional or technical certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is considered a plus, and experience with Azure (Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, Power BI) is also beneficial.
As an Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the individual will be responsible for designing and implementing complete, client-specific solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM, supervising a team of technical consultants through task planning, technical support, and progress tracking. They will participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions, while also drafting and validating technical and functional specifications. The role requires ensuring the quality, performance, and security of developed applications, conducting technological monitoring to incorporate best practices and innovations, and collaborating with various stakeholders including project teams, business units, and clients.
