Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, and at least 3 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. They should have in-depth knowledge of Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse and connectors, proficiency with related technologies such as Office 365, Azure Services, and SharePoint, and familiarity with SQL and programming languages like JavaScript and C#. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting are also required.

Responsibilities

The Microsoft Power Platform Developer will be responsible for building and implementing high-quality solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, partnering with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and create streamlined workflow solutions, enhancing and maintaining existing Power Platform applications, mentoring junior team members, staying current with advancements in the Power Platform ecosystem, delivering secure and scalable solutions, leading by example, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, providing one-on-one guidance to junior developers, cultivating a supportive environment, and contributing to a skilled and innovative development team.
