1–3 years of professional experience within the insurance sector
Graduate degree and proficiency in technology and business disciplines
Relevant experience in system implementation, IT business analysis, system analysis, claims handling, insurance advisory, or similar operational roles
Demonstrated interest or experience in IT transformations, project management, test management, product management, requirements management, data migration, software development, ITIL, and agile methodologies
Understanding of end-to-end insurance related business processes
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team-oriented, client-facing environments
Strong motivation to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced consulting setting
Basic knowledge and keen interest in AI and cloud technologies (advantage)
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Responsibilities
Lead workstreams or smaller projects within large-scale IT core transformation projects/programs
Design, establish, and manage PMO functions to support large-scale transformations
Engage and manage key stakeholders to enhance understanding of client needs and build lasting relationships
Ensure continuous alignment between project delivery and enterprise strategies
Drive core project management activities, including planning, reporting, resource and risk management, budgeting, and financial oversight
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business stakeholders, and vendors
