Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project support, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence
Experience in Agile environments (preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements specific to marine operations
Develop a deep understanding of marine business processes and supporting technology platforms
Assist in designing and implementing tailored business solutions that enhance compliance, efficiency, and operational performance
Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights and recommendations
Work cross-functionally with teams in IT, operations, security, and external partners
Participate in functional testing and support the rollout of new features and enhancements
Monitor project progress and help identify and resolve risks or issues
Explore and leverage AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making
