Candidates should possess strong experience in customer-facing environments, demonstrating expertise as a human-centered design practitioner, data-driven analyst, digital content creator, technology strategist, program manager, business development manager, account manager, or customer relationship manager. Experience as a CX practitioner and delivery expert across Granicus services, technology, and data solutions is highly desirable.
The Experience Partner will be involved in pre-sales and lead post-sales activities, maintaining executive relationships with customers and acting as a primary contact for owned programs, ensuring tight alignment, offering proactive and prescriptive advice, and ultimately driving outstanding Customer Success.
