The ideal candidate must be located on the east coast (EST), with preferred cities including Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, D.C., and is open to remote work within the East region. Strong experience providing guidance on data management and consultative support on customer taxonomy and tech stack is required, along with mastery of Amplitude products, the Digital Optimization System, and a dedication for getting things done.
As a Senior Customer Success Architect, the candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, gather and report trends and customer insights to optimize business processes and documentation, collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to streamline internal processes and improve data management experience, and be an expert in integrating Amplitude into additional data flows and business processes, thereby making Amplitude an integral business partner.
