Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between SkyMetric and its clients
  • Provide incident detection, observation, physical security, overwatch, and reconnaissance to assigned clients and events
  • Respond to emergency events, assess medical & non-medical issues, address staffing deficiencies, and handle client requests timely
  • Perform all duties in accordance with SkyMetric, client policies, procedures, and state & federal regulations
  • Provide incident detection capabilities to the client as requested
  • Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and influence informally across teams
  • Manage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points
  • Maintain and update logs with pertinent activity observed
  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or vehicle while monitoring access
  • Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
  • Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary
  • Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company/client property
  • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
  • Provide assistance to employees and create a safe, friendly environment for visitors and clients professionally
  • Attend project meetings to assess security implications of proposed changes
  • Work independently and adapt to varying operational tempo while maintaining high situational awareness
  • Responsible for client and family physical safety and safeguarding of client assets
  • Provide safe, secure, and discreet vehicular transportation for C-Level executives, family, and/or staff
  • Develop strong, cordial, collaborative relationships with assigned executives and support staff; promote safety, security, and discretion
  • Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments
  • Operate motor vehicles safely and legally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest
  • Operate in a low-profile, low-footprint capacity
  • Provide physical security or overwatch of assigned clients as requested
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines
