Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting C-level executives
Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment
Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and can multi-task and work well under pressure
Exemplify a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability and willingness to work outside of regular business hours
Ability and willingness to travel locally and/or overnight for business purposes

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel
Monitor and manage the executives' email inbox, draft responses, and handle correspondence
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
Organize and prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings
Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications, newsletters, and announcements
Create and edit content for internal communications
Support the planning and execution of internal events
Participate in formal and informal mentoring of new employees
