Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel
  • Monitor and manage the executives' email inbox, draft responses, and handle correspondence
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Organize and prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings
  • Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications, newsletters, and announcements
  • Create and edit content for internal communications
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events
  • Participate in formal and informal mentoring of new employees
