Experienced in executive protection and residential security
High integrity and professionalism
Exceptional observational skills and close attention to detail
Ability to work independently on assignments
Ability to liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors
Flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgment
Ability to perform duties on a national and international level
Current California CCW License

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
Provide physical security of assigned clients at their residence, transport, and/or public events
Perform duties in accordance with client policies, procedures, and state & federal regulations
Respond to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues
Conduct incident detection, observation, physical security, over-watch, and reconnaissance
Handle staffing deficiencies and client requests in a timely manner
Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and influence informally across teams
Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements
Manage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points
Maintain a log of all activity occurring at the residence
Screen all incoming mail
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or by vehicle while monitoring access
Contact police or fire department in emergencies
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
Observe departing personnel to protect against theft
Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
Provide assistance to employees and create a safe environment for visitors and clients
Attend project meetings to assess security implications of proposed changes
Work independently and adapt to various work-paces while maintaining attentiveness and energy
Be responsible for client and family safety, and safeguarding client assets
Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments
Operate motor vehicles safely and legally
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest
Operate in a low profile, low footprint capacity
Follow Residential Security Operating Procedures and Guidelines
Comply with Surefox Policy and Procedures
Support staffing requirements at multiple Surefox campus locations during shortages
Staff various positions as required, including Incident Commander, Supervisor, etc
