Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in sales, specifically selling software (SaaS) to hospitals, with a proven track record of increasing yearly revenue in a start-up and scale-up environment. They should demonstrate the ability to network and build relationships across organizations, exhibiting a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, and possess resilience and determination to succeed in complex sales cycles. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams are also required, along with familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

The Executive Level Sales Champion will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Incision’s presence in Texas, network, prospect, and actively close contracts with local hospitals and hospital systems, own and deliver sales targets through volume and velocity strategies, and help develop and evolve Incision’s creative sales tactics and solutions. They will also partner with the broader U.S. sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success, represent Incision at key industry events, and navigate hospital systems and understand procurement processes.
