Requirements

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a marketing or agency setting, and prior experience working with US-based companies. Strong communication skills and confidence handling client-facing responsibilities are required, along with comfort working across multiple personalities, priorities, and time zones. Familiarity with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp, or GoHighLevel (at least two required) and exposure to Canva, WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify is also desired. The ability to stay organized under pressure and set clear, realistic expectations is essential.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will manage email inboxes, calendars, and meeting coordination for two executives, support admin tasks linked to social media, email campaigns, and website projects, coordinate travel logistics and prepare supporting documentation, act as a liaison between internal departments and external agency contacts, track and organize task updates across project management tools, and ensure daily operations are organized and responsive while keeping agency leaders focused on high-impact work.
