The Role

Abridge is experiencing rapid growth across all areas, and we are looking for a dynamic Executive Operations Partner to strategically support our VP of Enterprise Development and the VP of Revenue Operations. This remote-first role is integral to driving operational efficiency, ensuring that our executives are well-supported and equipped to meet the company’s fast-paced demands. You will manage high-level administrative needs while playing a critical role in optimizing processes and enabling the growth of the leadership team. Your work will directly impact Abridge’s ability to scale quickly and effectively, and you will report directly to the leadership team.


What You’ll Do

Executive Support & Calendar Management:

  • Oversee and optimize the calendars of the VP of Enterprise Development and the VP of Revenue Operations.
  • Ensure time is allocated efficiently and priorities are managed.
  • Where appropriate, support inbox triaging and time management to maximize executive productivity.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure executives are always prepared and aligned.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with Executive Operations Partners across the company to streamline administrative processes.
  • Proactively identify gaps and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Provide help to other Executive Operations partners for team events like offsites and company events, as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience:

  • 5+ years in roles supporting leadership (e.g., Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, Executive Operations) with proven success in dynamic environments.
