Candidates must have 5+ years of administrative assistant experience and be located within the East Coast time zone. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom, Concur, BOX, and JV20 is required, along with experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is a high level of confidentiality, discernment, and judgment.
The Executive Assistant will manage calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and handling meeting logistics. They will also prepare for meetings and interviews by providing necessary materials, manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, and handle expense management by submitting reports and receipts. Additionally, the role involves providing onboarding support for new hires and vendors, submitting and managing help desk requests, and undertaking project work as needed to support team goals.
