Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software event & field marketing, demonstrating a proven ability to work closely and successfully with a sales organization, and exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent programs and tactics simultaneously. A solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics, including inquiries, is also required.
As the Event & Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategic events (both in-person and virtual), developing internal playbooks and best practices for all event categories, building and managing an annual event calendar, creating content and nurturing leads for webinars and roundtables, collaborating with sales, growth, campaigns, and demand gen, working with operations for lead management, maintaining and reporting on event budgets and efficacy, and forecasting event results.
