Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field) and at least 1 year and 6 months of experience in service technician roles with medical and laboratory diagnostic equipment, specifically in Hematology and Immunology. Fluency in English (spoken 80%, written and read 80%) is required, along with the ability to travel up to 80% of the time and be available for weekend on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, the candidate will be responsible for performing timely and efficient technical tasks according to manuals and organizational standards, including preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment installations, and technical support for customers. They will also handle calibrations, tool servicing, training, escalations, alert attention, proactive visits, ticket closure, expense checks, and updating service status with the dispatch. The role requires maintaining the integrity of service records, establishing maintenance schedules, and attending to a specific client base or region. Additionally, the candidate must have advanced knowledge of Inmunology, Chemistry, and Hematology analyzer models, and be able to apply diagnostic tools and systems.
