Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or have 7+ years of equivalent experience in electronic systems, and demonstrate a detailed understanding of ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems. Experience with SEM, TEM, FIB, or similar systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer II will conduct on-site installation and testing of sophisticated equipment, provide diagnosis and repair support to customers and field personnel, travel to customer sites to resolve problems, deliver training to customers and users, complete field service reports, give feedback to product quality teams, provide guidance for reports, and act as a subject expert and resource for training.
