Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent life sciences (e.g., Biology, Neuroscience) or a STEM field, or an Associate’s degree with relevant clinical/technical support experience. Strong comfort level with software and technology is preferred, along with experience in customer service roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Detail-oriented problem-solving skills and a strong sense of professionalism are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Specialist will provide remote support via phone and screen sharing sessions for Oncology and Surgery Business products, including clinical workflows involving both software and hardware. They will deliver professional service on the customer hotline according to established SOPs, troubleshoot routine issues remotely, document all support actions in Salesforce, keep customers informed of their cases, field customer questions and conduct investigations, maintain control of large-scale issues, and adapt to new product releases. Additionally, the specialist will meet performance targets, travel up to 30% for training initially, and work effectively in a team environment.
