Demonstrated success in managing and growing complex client relationships is essential, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
As an ESG Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring the adoption and integration of Symantec and Carbon Black products. You will proactively manage accounts, understand client needs, drive solution adoption, and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and revenue retention. Additionally, you will conduct quarterly business reviews, collaborate with internal teams, and act as a client advocate within Arrow, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delivering exceptional value.
