Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in global equity program administration, finance, or technical accounting, coupled with a Bachelor's degree. Essential qualifications include proven knowledge of global equity programs, various equity award types, high transaction volumes, and direct experience with equity platforms like Carta, Morgan Stanley EEO, or Charles Schwab Equiview. Familiarity with Workday, ADP, and other accounting tools is also required, along with strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel, and excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, reliable, flexible, deadline-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks independently with keen attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining strict confidentiality. Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 is preferred.
The Stock Administration Manager will administer the company's equity programs globally, working closely with the transfer agent, service providers, and internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Payroll, People, and Tax. This role involves providing customer service to employees and management, supporting employee understanding of equity awards and programs, and conducting office hours. Responsibilities also include enhancing and automating manual processes, evaluating service providers, maintaining online equity data tools and resources, preparing custom reports, performing complex reconciliations, and supporting internal/external SOX auditors. Additionally, the manager will prepare and file Section 16 Forms 3, 4, and 5, assist with stock-related sections of financial filings (10Qs, 10Ks, Proxy Statements), review 10b5-1 trading plans, process trades, assist with processes for mobile employees, and perform complex mobility tax calculations.
