Responsibilities

  • Contract and coordinate all necessary studies for technical and environmental due diligence, including environmental, topographical, arboreal, and drilling analyses, to facilitate informed internal decision-making and ensure optimal project implementation
  • Prepare and manage budgets for permits and licenses, including construction fees and consultancy expenses
  • Ensure that all project managers secure the required licenses and permits for initiating construction activities and for the optimal functioning of logistics parks
  • Guarantee that all company properties are fully compliant with municipal and regulatory authorities, including accurate property registrations, services feasibilities, and the proper modification during the construction process, aiming for complete regulatory compliance
  • Provide support to the Capital Deployment team by preparing site plan studies, researching, and applying current municipal and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal department to facilitate project development and streamline the licensing processes
  • Oversee third-party consultants, ensuring alignment with Prologis policies, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of services
