Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary pre-sales technical point of contact for the Zip solution suite.
  • Champion Zip and help prospects understand its value.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with account executives and sales managers.
  • Be a trusted advisor to prospective customers, building confidence in Zip's ability to address their pain points.
  • Translate customer needs for post-sales solutions consultants.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zip’s solution capabilities and roadmap.
  • Funnel customer feedback to influence product development.
  • Provide input and feedback to improve the sales motion.
  • Actively contribute to Zip’s sales efforts by supporting customer conversations, conducting discovery, demonstrating solutions, and handling questions/objections.
  • Respond to customer requests, including follow-up questions, demos, and RFx.
  • Partner with the Sales team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience.
