Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solution Architect role, preferably in SaaS or cloud communications, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP and cloud infrastructure is desired, as well as familiarity with contact center platforms such as NICE, Genesys, and Five9. Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party applications is a strong plus.
The Enterprise Solution Engineer will collaborate with sales to deliver tailored demos and presentations for enterprise prospects, analyze complex business and technical requirements to design comprehensive UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, provide deep product expertise in RingCentral Contact Center, integrations, APIs, and AI capabilities, act as the technical voice of the customer, leading proof-of-concept and pilot deployments, and stay current on trends in cloud communications, contact center, and AI to advise customers strategically. They will also work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Professional Service to deliver seamless solutions and feedback.
