Candidates must possess a minimum of 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry, with a proven track record in consultative and challenger sales. Previous experience selling to BFSI segment clients, including both private and public sector organizations, is required, along with an in-depth understanding of their functional and business processes. Strong stakeholder mapping and relationship management skills at the C-level, with a history of formulating and executing long-term account strategies, are essential. An in-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation, alongside experience in account planning, territory planning, and multi-product selling strategies, is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good collaborative and interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities are also required. Experience in application selling, such as ERP/CRM or automation solutions, is an advantage, as is the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving team and an energetic, highly motivated personality.
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting quota or assigned targets while providing an excellent customer experience and nurturing client relationships to expand UiPath's enterprise customer base. This involves mining existing relationships and utilizing sales and product plans to grow key accounts, understanding customer businesses to identify automation opportunities, and demonstrating UiPath's value proposition effectively. The role requires developing and executing account strategies and roadmaps for long-term customer relationships, building strong connections with industry influencers, customers, and partners, and managing/forecasting the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the executive will interface with technical sales support and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve quarterly quotas, and drive a culture of sales excellence through consistent implementation of sales processes and performance metrics.
