Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong experience in benefits or healthcare sales is preferred, but not required. They should demonstrate an entrepreneurial focus and a determination to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative environment. A background of closing 6-figure deals and consistently surpassing quota is essential.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including working with BDRs and Strategic Alliances teams to close opportunities, self-sourcing new accounts, crafting and delivering consultative sales pitches, prioritizing strategic accounts, building business cases for VPs/C-levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing partnerships with brokers and consultants, and traveling as needed to close sales and support industry events. They will also be responsible for understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, facilitating implementation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
