We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to capitalize on a substantial market opportunity by providing mental health benefits to employees at top companies. This role reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, selling to HR/Benefits leaders in large organizations (10,000-100,000 employees) globally.
- Collaborate with BDRs and Strategic Alliances team to close generated opportunities and self-source leads within your territory by engaging with top consultants.
- Execute consultative sales pitches, including RFPs, discovery calls, Spring Health overview presentations, platform demonstrations, pricing and proposal analysis, negotiation, and procurement.
- Prioritize strategic accounts and opportunities within your assigned territory, aligning with the national sales approach.
- Develop business cases for VPs and C-level executives.
- Provide market feedback to cross-functional teams regarding client and consultant needs and product roadmap.
- Cultivate and grow mutually beneficial partnerships with health insurance brokers and health benefits consultants.
- Travel as needed for sales closures and industry events (approximately 30%).
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities within the territory.
- Understand client business needs, pain points, challenges, and goals to offer aligned solutions.
- Facilitate contract negotiations, procurement, and implementation.

Requirements
- Enterprise Sales Experience: 8+ years with a strong track record of quota attainment.
- Industry Preference: Benefits/healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Passion: A deep passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, particularly mental health.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication abilities with a thoughtful and collaborative sales approach.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial focus, determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Individual Contributor Success: Strong background and track record as an individual contributor, with experience closing 6-figure deals and exceeding quota.
