Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, technical business development, or solution consulting—preferably in RF/wireless technologies or adjacent fields
  • Proven success delivering business-impacting technical solutions at the system or enterprise level
  • Demonstrated ability to independently craft differentiated offerings that lead to revenue generation
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to travel 40-50% domestically across the European region, specifically in Spain

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, aligning with company-wide growth objectives
  • Deliver best-in-class, enterprise-level technical solutions, working closely with Solutions Engineers and partners to address unique customer needs
  • Engage executive stakeholders by building lasting relationships with senior leaders through a consultative and insightful approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and our partner ecosystem to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain full accountability for near- and long-term revenue forecasting, using tools such as Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, opportunities, and account health
  • Gather and communicate insights that shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of market needs
