Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Enterprise growth or marketing, with solid experience in field marketing such as ABM and organizing seminars or meet-ups. A strong understanding of the Japan market is essential, along with fluency in both Japanese and English. Candidates must possess strong copywriting and content development skills, analytical abilities using tools like Google Sheets or SQL, and a deep understanding of product marketing. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate ownership, autonomy, and a bias to action.
The Enterprise Growth Marketing professional will define and execute the growth strategy for Japan, focusing on driving leads and nurturing the existing pipeline. Responsibilities include translating successful growth efforts from the US and EU to the Japanese market, organizing events and webinars, producing thought leadership content, crafting and optimizing nurture sequences, creating sales collateral, and identifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities. The role requires collaboration with the performance marketing team for retargeting and ABM initiatives, all while maintaining significant ownership and autonomy.
