Responsibilities

As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, the individual will become a Muck Rack product expert, establish strong relationships with new and existing customer stakeholders, conduct daily customer calls to provide account walkthroughs and educate on product capabilities, ensure efficient technical setup completion, leverage feedback for onboarding process improvement, and develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives. They will also track the number of accounts onboarded per quarter and monitor customer health scores after 90 days.
