Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of outbound Business Development experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically targeting Enterprise accounts with over 10,000 employees. They must demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding outbound activity metrics and opportunity generation targets, possess strong communication skills including active listening, and be proficient in utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and Alyce.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Business Development Representative will research and identify strategic target accounts and key decision-makers within companies, build and manage prospect lists for outbound campaigns, generate qualified sales opportunities, conduct high-level conversations with executives, leverage prospecting tools to optimize outreach, continuously improve prospecting skills, and develop a deep understanding of the HireVue platform and industry trends. They will also collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to launch effective campaigns and maintain a high level of organization and self-motivation to achieve aggressive goals.
