Position Overview

  • Salary: $180,000 - $280,000 (On Target Earnings)

VergeSense is seeking experienced and highly self-motivated Account Executives to contribute to the company’s rapid growth. This role requires a proven track record of selling enterprise SaaS solutions to F1000 companies in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will proactively manage the customer base, identify upsell opportunities, and develop expertise in the Workplace Technology domain, engaging C-Level executives to educate them on the strategic value of workplace analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales track record of prospecting into new territories and accounts to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to F500 companies.
  • Experience in developing new business in an enterprise environment with a strategic focus.
  • Experience working in sales at a tech startup.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving large transactions.
  • Experience in managing and driving complex opportunities, leveraging partner networks, negotiating commercial terms, and collaborating with other functional teams.
  • Proven track record of building relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Skill in navigating organizations to find and engage the right contact.
  • Proven experience of leveraging Salesforce to document and track sales activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional time-management skills.
  • Team player

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify sales opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, from initial engagement to closing.
  • Proactively manage and drive upsell opportunities within the installed customer base.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the Workplace Technology domain.
  • Engage C-Level executives responsible for managing real estate portfolios at F500 companies to educate them on the strategic value of workplace analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with other functional teams to deploy and allocate resources to opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in Salesforce.
