Candidates should have 5+ years of successful sales track record of prospecting into new territories, positioning & selling enterprise SaaS solutions to F500s, experience selling in the prop-tech domain is preferred but not a requirement, experience working in sales at a tech startup, and a demonstrable track record of managing complex sales cycles, meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving large transactions.
The Enterprise Account Executive will proactively manage their installed customer base to drive upsell opportunities, develop subject matter expertise in the Workplace Technology domain, engage C-Level executives responsible for managing RE portfolios at F500 companies to educate them on the strategic value of workplace analytics, and build relationships at all levels of an organization. They will also be expected to navigate organizations to find and engage the right contact, leverage Salesforce to document and track sales activity, and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
