Responsibilities
The Enterprise Architect will engage with executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translate them into ServiceNow solutions, and work with retail organizations, colleagues, and partners to understand the power of the Now platform. They will lead architecture and design engagements, demonstrating how ServiceNow meets customer needs, and collaborate with internal ServiceNow business units to identify best practices and thought leadership. Additionally, they will provide thought leadership, participate in workshops and educational sessions, and help organizations understand how ServiceNow’s AI strategy can accelerate them to value, interacting at multiple levels within a Retail organization.
