Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on procurement and SaaS Procure-to-Pay systems. Deep knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems is required, as well as experience with complex integrations and technology stacks.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, ensuring they understand how Zip's platform can transform their procurement operations and how the technology will fit within their existing ERP, Financial System, and Procure-to-Pay technology. You will also serve as a bridge between GTM, Product, and Engineering teams, aligning business objectives with the product roadmap, capturing feature requirements, and driving enterprise success. Furthermore, you will guide Solution Engineers in delivering compelling product demonstrations of ERP integrations, advise Sales Account Executives on deal strategy, and engage directly with enterprise prospects to identify pain points and align solutions.
