Candidates should have a BA/BS or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B. Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology, a proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model, and post-sale revenue expansion experience are preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, online collaboration tools, and CRM/opportunity management systems like Salesforce.com is required, along with the proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for existing enterprise accounts, maximizing renewals and expansion by collaborating with Customer Success and other sales members. They will drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, increase spend on existing products, and lead attachment to new products. Responsibilities include researching accounts, identifying key champions, generating interest, obtaining business requirements, maintaining accurate forecasts and sales reports, pursuing competitor knowledge, managing Salesforce data, achieving targets, coordinating internal resources to solve client issues, and executing service agreements, with periodic travel for client visits.
