Requirements

Candidates should have at least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions. A proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas, ranking among the top 10% of salespeople, is essential. Alternatively, candidates may have senior manager or higher experience in a risk advisory practice (risk management, internal audit) at a Big 4 firm. The role requires the ability to travel 25-30% for client meetings, partner engagements, events, and conferences, and must be based in the West Region (SF Bay Area, Washington, Arizona, Utah).

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will sell AuditBoard products to large publicly traded and private organizations, executing full-cycle sales including territory planning, pipeline generation, and closing opportunities. Responsibilities include expanding business in existing and new customer accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and net new business acquisition. The role involves strategizing multi-pillar platform sales, collaborating with C-level executives to develop tailored solutions, identifying customer pain points, educating prospects on AuditBoard's value, demoing the product, and guiding them through the sales process. Additionally, the Account Executive will co-create solutions and business cases, work with internal teams like SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, Value Architects, Implementation, and Customer Success, and develop the partner ecosystem with Big 4 and boutique firms for business development.
