Requirements

Exceptional leadership capabilities, including coaching senior-level sales executives and managers, are required. The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, possess strong analytical skills for data-driven insights, and have experience closing complex enterprise-level deals directly alongside sales teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Sales will lead and manage a high-performing sales organization, including Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, General Sales, and Sales Development functions across North America and LATAM. They will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, growth objectives, and expand market share. This role involves providing exceptional leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, and building a strong culture of accountability and performance excellence. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining rigorous pipeline management processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, and holding sales managers accountable for pipeline generation and deal closing. The Director will also partner closely with enterprise sales representatives, providing direct coaching and strategic guidance to close high-value opportunities.
