Candidates should have 7+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, and the ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships. They must also have experience achieving sales targets, understanding the “bigger picture” and our plans around IT, and be able to leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Furthermore, candidates must be located in a Minnesota Metro area.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, the primary responsibility is to produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and completing field-based sales activities. This includes developing relationships with multiple C-suite personas, overseeing client relationship mapping, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal, and promoting a customer success focus in a “win as a team” environment.
